Day 1
Arrival in Kochi and Drive to Alleppey — Welcome to Kerala! On arrival at Kochi International Airport, our representative will greet you and drive you to Alleppey (approximately 2 hours). Check into your heritage resort overlooking Vembanad Lake. In the evening, walk to the lakeside for a spectacular sunset. Dinner at the resort. Overnight in Alleppey.
Day 2
Houseboat Cruise in Alleppey — After breakfast, board your traditional houseboat around noon. Cruise slowly through narrow canals and vast backwaters, watching rural Kerala life unfold. A freshly cooked Kerala lunch and dinner will be served on board. Anchor for the night and enjoy the stars. Overnight on the houseboat.
Day 3
Kumarakom and Village Tour — After breakfast on the houseboat, disembark at Kumarakom. Visit the famous Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Later, enjoy a guided walk through a typical Kerala village. In the afternoon, try a traditional Kerala sadya meal on a banana leaf. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 4
Ayurveda Spa and Sunset Canoe Ride — After a relaxed morning, enjoy a complimentary 60-minute Ayurveda massage. In the evening, take a traditional canoe ride through the smaller canals of Kuttanad. Enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 5
Departure from Kochi — After breakfast, drive back to Kochi. Visit Fort Kochi — Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace. Transfer to Kochi airport for onward journey.
